MIM production
Shindy Technology has advanced manufacturing technology. The Shenzhen Plant (with a floor area of 320000 square meters) and Huizhou Plant (with a floor area of 20000 square meters) located in Chinese Mainland have advanced continuous sintering furnace equipment and post-treatment process equipment.
Feed manufacturing
Shindy Technology has the ability to mix and produce MIM raw materials with its own free special equipment, and accurately mix batches of powder and binder in a controlled environment, so as to maintain high quality and high flexibility.
Automatic injection molding
We use advanced and precise injection equipment in the market. We believe that the machines debugged by Shindy technology technicians can achieve higher performance and higher production quality. Shindy Technology has upgraded the injection machine equipment to achieve automatic production.
De-binding and Sintering
Before sintering, Shindy Technology uses a special De-binding process to remove the binder, which is environmentally friendly and easy to monitor. Sintering is carried out continuously under ultra vacuum or high temperature. The furnace temperature is precisely controlled by using different gas, so it can handle various alloys. Our continuous sintering capacity can effectively meet the needs of various customers for high productivity and high efficiency products.
Measurement and laboratory
Shindy Technology has a modern and well-equipped measurement department. Our progressiveness is reflected in the visual inspection system, three-dimensional coordinate measuring instrument, scanner, radian and surface roughness, laser particle size, and metallographic inspection equipment. The laboratory is responsible for maintaining and correcting all measuring instruments and common measuring tools used in the processing.
